Its the second episode of a double header tomorrow as Manchester will make the long trip to the University of East London as the Blues will take on London City for the second time within the space of a week.
The Blues will make the journey on the back of their disappointing 4-2 defeat at the National Cycling Centre against the capital city side and hoping for better fortunes this time out.
London City are unbeaten in their last six outings, picking up 14 points out of a possible 18. Meanwhile Manchester will hope to put an end to a disappointing run which sees them without a win in their last three games.
Head Coach Sergi Saldana admits he has made mistakes but feels upbeat that his side can turn their effort into wins.
"We are looking to change a little bit in how we play. I've made a big mistake because I decided how we are going to play without thinking what my players really need. The coach should adapt to their players and not the other way around. Hopefully with our new system we can turn a corner and play better for the rest of the season, I think this way it will be easier on the players. Playing against London will be difficult but I think we will perform better this time out"
The game takes place at the University's Docklands Campus and kick off is 15:50.
